Ingredients
1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice OR 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
8 graham crackers OR 1 cup granola
Instructions
- Before you begin, wash your hands, surfaces, utensils, and tops of cans.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Slowly stir in milk and mix well.
- Add instant pudding mix and stir for 2 minutes until it thickens.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with 1/2 of a graham cracker or with 2 tablespoons granola per serving.
