Utensils:

Mixing Spoon

Ingredients

1/2 cucumber halved with seeds removed

3/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

2 cloves garlic pressed or minced, or 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Before you begin, wash your hands, surfaces, produce, and utensils.
  2. Dice each cucumber half. Place cucumber pieces into a paper towel and press to remove excess water.

Tips

  • Save the other 1/2 of the cucumber for topping your gyro, or to try with another CYP recipe, like our watermelon salad.
